Survey

Purpose and legal basis of processing: We aggregate the survey responses you voluntarily provide to us upon receipt and anonymize them at the same time.

Information that you provide in free text fields is only included in the survey results as long as it does not permit any conclusions to be drawn about you or other persons. When using the free text fields, it may be possible to draw conclusions about you based on this information, but this is not intended.  Therefore, be sure that you do not provide any information about yourself or third parties or leave the free text fields blank.

Article 6(1) sentence 1(f) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) is the legal basis for processing. The legitimate interest lies in optimizing the twogo app.

Data recipient(s): Service providers that support us with the survey's technical implementation acting strictly on our instructions on the basis of a data processing agreement. Otherwise, we do not transfer any personal data to third parties.

Storage time: Once the survey results are aggregated, the individual survey responses are deleted. If free text fields have been filled out, these will also be deleted after the anonymous survey results have been compiled.

Obligation to provide data: You are under no statutory or contractual obligation to provide your personal data.

Your rights as the data subject

You have the right to request from the controller access to personal data concerning you and rectification or erasure of incorrect data if any of the reasons listed in Article 17 GDPR applies, e.g., if the data is no longer needed for the purposes pursued. You also have the right to restriction of processing if any of the requirements listed in Article 18 GDPR is met and the right to data portability in cases of Article 20 GDPR. In cases where we process your personal data on the basis of Article 6(1) sentence 1(f) GDPR, you have the right to lodge an objection at any time in accordance with Article 21 GDPR. You can use the contact information specified for this purpose.

We will no longer process the personal data unless we are able to demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override your interests, rights and freedoms  or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data is in violation of data protection regulations. The data protection supervisory authority located in the state in which you live or where the controller is domiciled has jurisdiction. 

Automated decision-making: No automated decision-making including profiling pursuant to Article 22(1) and (4) GDPR takes place.
