We take our users’ suggestions for improvements to twogo very seriously. That’s why we strive to continuously develop our apps further - in a customer-oriented and user-friendly way. Read below to find out which innovations and optimizations await you.
Follower function
With the latest updates, the follower function is available again in both the web app and the mobile apps. This smart feature allows a user to follow a matched person so they can be easily notified of that person’s ride requests in the future. The list of followers can be seen at a glance in the personal profile, and with one click you can also quickly access contact options for your followers.
Further optimizations
We have also made further improvements to the mobile and web app. Here is an overview of the most important updates:
Mobile apps (iOS/Android):
- Improved user experience of all buttons, logos & when creating a ride
- Site-specific locations for company accounts are possible again
- Recurring rides are now clearly marked
- - Public transport alternatives can be viewed
Web app:
- Assignment of a company location after registration
- Block/unblock directly in another user’s profile
- Recurring rides are now clearly marked
- Optimized error messages if the ride could not be created
How can you get the mobile app updates? Just update the twogo app via the respective app store and all the new features will be available to you.
